We provide full maintenance and support for seven WIMSA databases, including the main operational database of registered members, contributors and other contacts; the database of member information accessible from public kiosks at the Arlington National Cemetery Memorial; the Sales database; and three databases that track collections of books, donated artifacts related to members’ military experiences, and oral histories. A new accounting system based on Braided Matrix’s 4th Quarter package is under development.

The IAFF Contract database manages information collected from local union contracts for firefighters across the country.  Its report generation features help create detailed exhibits that compare compensation and working conditions for use in contract negotiations.

We developed a client-server database that handles Cyclist Yellow Page listings cross-indexed by service, region, country and continent. Under development is a reciprocal update with the Cyclist Yellow Page website. www.adventurecycling.org

For Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, Genetic Resources Core Facility, Objective Systems provides programming and support services for a database used by laboratory personnel to assist in daily operations.

Objective Systems upgraded the 10-year-old American Musical Therapy Association database to provide multi-process access to tables; the new version is based on Foundation 4 and operates in Client/Server mode with 4D 2004. This database tracks association membership, as well as details of internship programs and academic institutions that offer the association’s specialized certification. The database prepares invoices and tracks payments related to membership dues and training materials. The upgrade of the database included improvements to the list editing administrative function, identification of meeting session presenters, and handling of the products available from the association.

The TestTakers database is a complete student and prospect management system for SAT preparation classes. It is used for intelligent assignment of students into appropriate classes, reading scanned data and scoring tests, tracking test scores and improvement statistics, report generation and overall contact management.

For Pittsburgh Paint and Glass (PPG), Objective Systems implemented major enhancements to a database that tracked time and expenses for eighty engineers at over 50 international sites and over 150 projects.

For "Might for Right," a Tae Kwon Do studio, we overhauled an ancient, non-normative database and upgraded it to a Foundation™-based database that included many new features. Productivity was greatly enhanced. The customer tracks both Tae Kwon Do certificates and payments for programs.

Bushkin Associates is a unique investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. We support a customer database that tracks buyers and sellers and the interactions that take place between them.

Transport Capital Partners is a firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions within the truckload industry. We provide web services, including design and hosting. We have installed a sophisticated synchronization component that synchronizes five different databases in three physically separate locations. If one user modifies, deletes or adds a record, within seconds, the other users possess the same data, hundreds of miles away.

The database we created for Area Real Estate Investors matches investor funds with investment properties. It tracks who invested, how much, return and payout. It implements the 4D drag and drop to apply investments to multiple properties and send and stores email sent. In addition, it uses the TecSol.com plugin QBManager4D that allows connectivity between the 4D application on Windows and Quickbooks. Objective Systems provides full technical support for the LAN, website and email.
